First round was very simple and easy to schedule. Recruiter was very friendly and felt more like a conversation than an interview. Unfortunately they didn’t want to move forward because they didn’t think that would commit to the move to Seaport if hired.
The interview process was 2 step process. They asked specific questions about my experience and plans for growth and contribution. I felt comfortable asking for information on the company. I would recommend applying for this company.
Initial interview with a recruiter and then a second round interview with the CFO. Interview focused on my experience with their tech stack. ERP experience was highly desired. Communication throughout the process was good.
