Seamless Capital interview questions

Very weird. Was asked to take personality test, followed by a 10 minutes call to ask my 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses. They even told me that they’re very open to giving honest feedback but rejected me without providing any feedback 🤦🏽‍♂️. Not sure what they’re looking for.

The first round is two questionnaire, after you pass it. HR will invite you the another Behavioral interview. then it will be tech interview. Behavioral interview last for about 10 minutes. HR ask question very quick and no interaction.
