My recent recruitment journey with SearchMax for the part-time SEO Specialist position started positively with engaging interviews and a promising offer. Unfortunately, the latter part of the experience has left me with a sense of disappointment.
Upon promptly accepting the offer and submitting the necessary documentation, I anticipated further communication or onboarding instructions. Regrettably, no communication ensued. The lack of follow-up post-acceptance has left me in a state of uncertainty, which is disheartening.
I share this feedback with the hope that it prompts improvements in communication practices, ensuring a more transparent and positive experience for future candidates
Applied on LinkedIn. A recruiter reached out through email to schedule a phone interview with her colleague. We scheduled a phone call. Gave the interviewer a call, she doesn’t pick up and left her a voicemail. No response from her. Extremely unprofessional.
