A 2 stage interview process with the first where you get the meet the hiring manager and tell them your motivation. Second stage- create a presentation on why you are a good fit for the role

Interviewed by 5 different individuals, the feedback I received was that they believed I would leave the position when the company I currently work for expand and become a more attractive offer therefor leaving the position that they had on offer. This wouldn’t be the case and showed a lack of respect and trust to my decision to create a new career path.
