I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Searsucker (Austin, TX) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was pretty good. The boss was really nice and down to earth. I had to bring a lot of documents but I was hired on the spot so having all my stuff came in handy since it was needed immediately.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Searsucker (Del Aire, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
First interview was with a "co-conspirator" or manager, then second interview was with the general manager. Both were really great interviews. Both managers were very easy going. However this was all before management changed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Searsucker (Del Mar, CA) in May 2015
Interview
The interview process was laid-back. We met in one of the dining rooms and I was interviewed by 2 managers, one was eating lunch so I knew this wasn't formal. They asked about my previous experiences and then got to know me a little bit. It was quite easy to talk to them, and they needed summer bussers so it was not too hard.
