Seat Unique Graduate Program interview questions

Informal interview wanting to know more about me. Discussed the company, its plans for the future, workplace culture, the specifics and generics of the role. Interview was positive. appx 40 mins. Never heard back from them despite an agreement to reconnect the week after. I chased the interviewer's up and never heard back. It was poor communication
