Put in an application weeks before the interview. Actually forgot I had an application in with the company. The staff admitted my resume was lost among paperwork. Waited over an hour for the provider who interviewed me to be done seeing patients. The staff was friendly and apologetic. Very informal interview. Provider actually said outright that she was apprehensive to hire women. I basically felt, after that point, that I had to argue my case to work there as a female rather than as a healthcare worker.
