      Valuation Analyst - Staff Interview

      3 Apr 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Frankfurt (Oder)
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Secondary Life (Frankfurt (Oder)) in Jan 2014

      Interview

Had met folks within company because had been employed with competitor. The interview process was three separate interviews , the last with the owner. The first conducted at an industry conference and the last at the Chicago office.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

All the questions aside from boilerplate were actual case studies where they create a 'point in time' on the transaction and then ask you to develop an analysis as to what valuation, chain of custody, regulatory, custom documentation, trustee issues etc.. might remain.
