I applied online. I interviewed at Sectra in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process consisted of a personality assessment and a logic test, followed directly by a final interview. Before the final interview, I was asked to prepare and present a presentation on a given topic, while also answering problem solving and open ended questions throughout the process."
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked an open ended question: "How would you describe the color yellow to a blind person?" The purpose seemed to be evaluating creativity, communication skills, and how I approach abstract problems
Got invited to some online tests. This then leads to other sites which require you to install "a small agent" on your computer and enable webcam in order to take the test. Major red flags and appears to be a scam. If this is a genuine recruitment process then you really need a review of it. No way am I going ahead with that.
The recruiters are very helpful. It seems like a top down interview process in general. It didn’t seem to matter how you did at each step until the end. It was about one month.
