It was very short, but given that the site has a high turn around and the boss is very busy it's understandable. The questions were straight to the point, in a conference call, and a few personal and judgement questions were asked. I did enjoy that the boss broke the ice by using words and phrases that friends would regularly use.

This interview took place during a job fair to finalize my transfer. I drove twelve hours from San Jose to Portland because that was how serious I was about continuing my career with Securitas. San Jose made me a true believer, they treated me as someone with experience and who was dependable. I wanted the same company and values in Portland.
