Initial application was ignored. I received the interview only because I knew somebody who worked for the company. All they did was ask me questions that I answered on my original application.

The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company
