The interview process was disorganized. Initially, three stages were announced, but two more were added later without clear explanation. Two of the three interviewers cut the meeting short without allowing time for my questions. After being left without communication for several weeks, they eventually called to inform me that I hadn't progressed to the additional stage. The timing was unclear, the stages were chaotic, and the lack of opportunity to ask questions raised concerns. There were several red flags pointing to a toxic and disrespectful culture.
Given these experiences, I would have likely declined the offer. The rejection actually provided a sense of relief as it prevented me from having to make a difficult decision
