It was fast and very efficient. First you would have to take a couple of tests then you'd have the interview after if you pass the tests. If you pass the interview, you'll be interviewed by 4 different people, they'll ask you questions like why you want to work for a bank and do you really want this job, they'll ask you to draw an ad campaign they could put on their social media sites, etc. It was actually a pretty pleasant experience. They're great people.
