You will enter the store branch and interview witha recruiter. They will ask the typical "interview" scenario questions. First, you will be asked to describe yourself, then you will have to answer the if, then, and explain the outcome.

Video interview with a corporate recruiter. The recruiter sends the video of the selected candidate to the regional manager. Branch manager viewed recorded interview to make sure I was a good fit for branch.

Got contacted via email the same day I did application. The recruiter called me the next day to go over job description and was set it for a face to face interview. Interview was via web on a Friday and she called me today with a job offer today.
