Interview
Applied for the role and was invited for a chat to discuss my background with two senior members. Chat included an overview of the company and a summary of my skills.
Was told I would be invited for an in person technical interview, but heard nothing for two weeks. Sent a follow up email and was told they went with another candidate.
Entire process is a mismanaged mess with minimal communication between business administrators and other senior staff. Guess that’s to be expected with a new company of this size.
