I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick in Mar 2017
Interview
Applied online and within a few days got contacted to do an in person interview with two claims managers. I think the process got messed up because I was supposed to do a phone interview before but nevertheless I made it to the next round. The interviewers made you feel very relaxed. The questions were a mix of STAR questions and questions about your previous work experience. Within a few days I received a verbal offer which was contingent on passing a background check. This is an employment background check so they literally call and wait to hear back from any and all employers you listed on your resume. They check everything! This process took a little longer than expected but it was worth it!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Baton Rouge, LA) in Mar 2025
Interview
I felt the interview was fairly standard compared to others. The interviewer was very personable and ensured they answered all questions thoroughly. The follow-up to the interview was slower than anticipated.

Question 1
If I had experience for the position which I interviewed for.
Interview was interesting. We began in a large group and were introduced to the company. Then we broke off into smaller groups for a brief introduction. Then we went individual with two hiring specialists. Honestly, the one was more interested in talking about his experience vs mine.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Santa Ana, CA) in May 2024
Interview
The in person interview lasted one hour with the first half getting to know each other and the second half answering behavioral style questions. It was a good experience overall.
