I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Dubuque, IA) in May 2023
Interview
To me it was an average customer service interview. Unfortunately sedgwick isn't very wage competitive..especially in 2023 when most of this industries workforce is home based...saving the company thousands of dollars. Pay your employees an above poverty wage!
I applied online. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Very fun and light weight. I had two people interview me and asked me a bunch of scenario questions. Interview was full of laughter. It seems like they are really looking for people who are kindhearted and empathetic and who has experience with claims or disability
Applied online, was contacted via phone by a recruiter to schedule an interview for the next day. I had work obligations and had to schedule for the following week, recruiter seemed annoyed that I couldn't meet at 9:00am the next day when she called me at 3:00pm. Recruiter told me nothing about the role but scheduled an interview via Microsoft Teams with the hiring leader and another employee on the team. Job required a bachelors degree + years of experience, was listed as a Senior position and they said the salary was going to be $40,000 and the work hours were going to be 10am-8pm. Offered feedback that I didn't want to waste their time and I would have never applied/interviewed if they would have included that information in the job description or had the recruiter review the basic information for the job. Ended the interview early. It was also listed as a 100% remote position but required weeks of in-person training hours away.
