Interview
In-person at their office. Very formal and old school. Its a family owned company, so you will meet the owner which is also the senior engineer in the company. Make sure to listen and be eager to ask questions. After the interview, he will let you tour the office and the lab at the back of the office.

Are you able to perform lab testing according to ASTM method? such as atterberg limit?

Interview
It was pretty straightforward. They present the company work first such as type of work they do. Then they focus on your background and what you know already. What matters is your background and english writing and speaking skills (which just needs to be good enough)
