      Recruiting Coordinator Interview

      26 Sept 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Ciudad de Mexico
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Segment (Ciudad de Mexico)

      Interview

I was scheduled for a phone screen on a Friday. The Recruiter asked me a few typical phone screen questions. I was told I would receive a follow-up by COB on Monday....a month later and I've still never heard back. I expected better from a company that is supposedly so people focused.

      Question 1

One STAR based question. Asked me how I would "sell" my last company to a candidate
