Interview
A few rounds of interviews within the company to see if you can converse over the phone. A couple behavioral questions but nothing to difficult. Last interview is on-site with the head of the Charlotte office and you're hiring manager.

Question 1
How do you handle feedback? Tell me about a time you had to overcome failure? Are you more competitive with yourself or others?
Interview process was ok, but tired to make me do a slideshow as if I’m a graduate. Feedback was very slow and so was the process. Seemed like a nice office they got 3 floors in that building
The interview process includes three rounds: first, a virtual meeting with HR; second, an in-office session with the line manager and Hong Kong head; and third, a final discussion with the line manager. Fast, efficient, and streamlined.
