Seldon Software Engineer interview questions

Applied through a recruiter and had a chat with the CTO and a few developers. They all seemed nice but the CTO made some snarky comments when compensation was brought up so I would be careful when applying since they seem to be a bit behind the market comp-wise. The developers seem to do 50% coding and 50% meetings but they looked happy with this split.
