I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SelectLeaders (Irvine, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Smooth and transparent. It took about 2-3 weeks to get to an offer. A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and scheduled a 15 minute phone call, Interviewed via zoom with the Managing Director, Director of Recruitment, a peer interview with an associate on the team, and lastly a Zoom with the CEO. All of the interviews felt very conversational. I was able to ask all the questions I had while also get to know the team.

Interview
Culture is a big deal at SelectLeaders and the interview process goes right along with that. It is a very intensive that puts you through a sequence of interviews with professionals throughout the company that evaluates how well you as a candidate will fit into the culture. In past experience I feel this process can be sometimes intimidating but your recruiter will guide you along the process to help you prepare for each interview there wasn't a time I didn't feel prepared. Throughout this process it felt more like conversations than it did an interview which ultimately leaves it up to you to show the value you will bring. My advice to future candidates would be to read documents thoroughly, do your homework on the company, ask lots of questions, and most importantly be yourself!
The interview process was great throughout my entire experience. The team was very knowledgable and open about the successes and growth areas of the team, and took time to schedule interviews with peers and leadership to help provide a wide range of viewpoints for the position I was interviewing for. It was a great opportunity to get different perspectives from different areas of the business and how they worked together to achieve the company goals. It was refreshingly transparent and supportive each step of the way.
