I was approached at a job fair by a recruiter for a sales position. After speaking about my transition to recruiting, I was called within the week to conduct a phone interview. We then moved to an on-site interview, where I met with another Talent Sourcer, the Recruiting Manager, and the Recruiting Director. I also was given a tour of the building, which honestly is half of the sell when you see it. After a day or so, I was given a formal offer and we had an email correspondence with background checks.
