Introduction meeting> 3 individuals meeting> Wrap up > feed back> sooo much pressure on the interview. The interviewer once said “ Oh we work on drug so we will have to be sure in every process because human will take this drug so we have to be more careful than food!” Uhhh hello FDA need to approve any food that selling in the market too won’t they? Food and Drug Administration didn’t they?

Multiple stage interview with lead scientists and dept. director. Focus was balanced between compatibility, relevant background and education. Everyone was kind and welcoming and made the process enjoyable. They asked a mix of technical and personality type questions.
