The process was very structured and efficient. As soon I finished a test or challenge, I would immediately receive confirmation and an outline of next steps. The hiring methodology seemed to be very well thought out and it gave me confidence in the competency of the team. First there were a number of cognitive and logic tests. Then there was a frontend challenge in which you had to design a SPA according to their specifications and target UI. After that I was asked to fill out a number of personality + previous work experience questions and play a few cognitive games. Finally, I had a short interview with the CTO and CEO. The whole process took less than two weeks (and keep in mind that the frontend challenge took me a week to complete).
