Very positive and relaxed interview. There was two interviewers, one being the head of dosimetry, and the interview lasted for around an hour. There were the generic questions like "when was one time you had to take the lead", and "how do you feel in an ever changing environment". Then there were some more targeted questions like "what does safety mean to you, and why is it important?". Some questions were about times in my life I've had to enforce safety rules, either for myself or others. They asked about what I felt about sellafield's core values and why I wanted a placement year. There wasn't much about technical knowledge.
