3 Stage Interview Process First call is a phone screen with the recruiter. Second interview is an in person meeting 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. Before heading to the third stage, you will do a personality passement and a work assessment spreadsheet assignment and submit it. Final interview consist of meeting the rest of the team and with the hiring manager as well.
