The interview with the internal hiring team was professional and engaging. I had a virtual interview, and one in-person in Copenhagen.
The hiring manager and HR representative were great to deal with. They made me feel comfortable during the interview and it was an engaging conversation.
Unfortunately, the post-interview experience was completely derailed by the external agency handling the process.
After being declined at the final stage, I was told to follow up for feedback, but the recruiter's communication was incredibly poor, and I was ultimately ghosted. I never received any of the promised feedback or reasons for the decision.
Candidates invest significant time into your process. Leaving them hanging due to an unprofessional external partner reflects very poorly on the company.
