Ghosted, of course. Step one, phone screen. Step two, interview with hiring manager. Step three, panel interview. The panel participants made me question what the job even was based on their very varied topics. It’s pretty frustrating to tell someone you’ve been working from home for years only to have them ask you if you have an area at home to work. What? Or a role play question about a situation you couldn’t possibly know because you don’t work there.
