I applied online through the company website and received an email a couple weeks later from HR requesting a phone interview. We scheduled a date and time that worked for both parties. Two days before the phone screen I was asked to move the call to another day which we scheduled. The day before the new phone screen day they again asked to move the date and time. The day of the phone interview (15 minutes after it was supposed to start) I received another email requesting to move the phone interview to another day along with an apology for the issues scheduling the interview. Following that I heard nothing back from the company despite indicating I would be available at their leisure to call for the screen.
