the interview was structured, good questions, no stress, normal questions, it was nice to talk to HR and to my future boss. Overall I had a very good impression from the company. They gave the offer, I accepted it.

I had an interview with SEMrush at their bland, characterless office building. It looked more like a space for an insurance company than a tech company. The environment didn't seem innovative, as everything was ultimately managed from Russia. My interviewer was underqualified. She was a former translator and didn't have a college degree.
