My interview experience with Semrush was top-notch. It consisted of three video interviews, each one welcoming and engaging.
The recruiter set a positive tone in the first round, offering valuable insights into the company culture.
In the second interview, the Sales Manager asked insightful questions, showing genuine interest in my background.
Finally, the third round with the Sales Manager and Director of Revenue Enablement was impressive. They demonstrated deep industry knowledge and asked thought-provoking questions.
Overall, Semrush values a positive interviewing experience. My advice: research the company and come prepared with questions

Interview
My first interview was with Brad Hohman from the Expansion sales team, and he really set the tone for the entire process. He was incredibly communicative, transparent, and quick to follow up, which made a huge difference as a candidate. He kept me updated after each step and helped reduce the usual uncertainty between interviews by sharing where things stood along the way.
