Sent in application, after which I received interview offer, then did a phone interview. There was only a single round, though this may be different for different cohorts (I am in the fall intern class, September - December)

Just asked standard questions, about why this office, career plans/outlook, applicable skills/experience, etc. One interesting creative question they asked was, "If you could pitch a piece of legislation to Sen. Feinstein right now, what would it be?"

easy standard questions. not very conversational. questions were from a document and interviewer wrote down your answer. just one interview with the internship coordinator which lasted under an hour. would recommend prepping with a school career counselor.

Just two guys asking you questions and going over the general overview of the internship program and all of its contents over Zoom. Relatively chill. Low stress. Vibey. Tranquil. Simple.
