Applied through university. Submitted resume and was contacted shortly after for a phone interview. The phone interview was a conference call with the corporate QA manager and three other facility QA managers. Everyone was very friendly and really just wanted to get to know you. They allowed you to ask questions about each facility to decide which location you preferred. Received an offer a few days later.
