Very messy interview experience. First interview was postponed to another date just two hours before the interview, and second interview talked about start date, talked about informing them my decision to joining by the same week. Concurrently, checked with HR with the remuneration package and after deciding to still proceed with the below-industrial standard package (no AWS, no insurance, VB needs to discuss with hiring manager), was informed there wouldnt be an offer and thats it. Not even a phone call.
Kindly understand the candidates need to take leave from their current company, make efforts on preparing, attending and even considering to the role. Understand no one shall be liable before an offer was made, but I believe treating each candidate respectfully shall be the very least effort for this company if they seriously want to hire a person that brings in the right values and attitude at work.
Thank you for the interview arrangements even though it is not a pleasant experience and did not show the company has proper structure in handling things.

Interview with hiring person was generally okay, however the overall process handled and arranged by the HR seemed very unprofessional as mentioned in some other reviews here as well. Huge lack of response and updates for BOTH before and after the interview, which can make the candidate feel uncertain on the status.

Be cautious about sharing your ideas with them for free. Even top companies like Google and Apple do not subject candidates to such assignments.
It’s unacceptable for organizations to require significant time investments from candidates without offering any form of compensation. A thorough review of a candidate's portfolio should be sufficient to assess their capabilities.
