Basically if you had a decent personality and were willing to be trained for the insurance exams, you could be part of the team. My boss is also a friend that wanted me to succeed so he made the process a whole lot easier.

Referred to SFG by a Medicare Advantage Insurance ,VP.that only licenses agents associated with a Insurance Brokerage Firm. The VP contacted SFG to help secure an interview , then I contacted SFG by phone to establish a interview day and time. The interview with the Brokerage President went well and he offered me the agent position.
