Lengthy process . More focused on manual even if they were hiring for SDET,No issues with that as well but 1 round was only writing test cases. For me 3 round it took 1. Manual test case writing 2. Test based questions + manual test case writing 3. The Round for scientist of NASA by CEO If you guys dont have to hire please dont waste time for others If you need someone just to chit chat build a software / website and invite people over there

Question 1

In third round questions were focused on if we are building spacecraft for NASA not even a software . How precise and accurate weight will be allowed for that ? literally this was one of the question. Not a single question on testing a software
