Interview
Interview process includes written test, face to face interviews, role plays, social outings such as attending a dinner with senior management as as well as participating in workshops where the suitability is assesed under safe and natural conditions. Short listed candidates wil lthen have a face to face interaction with the senior partner before the final decision.
