The process consisted of an initial phone screen, 4 hour take home coding challenge, and an in-person technical interview. The in-person technical interview was a mess. It was clear that the team had not prepared or communicated prior to the interview. Someone would ask me a question, and then another teammate would ask "oh, what is the answer to that?". Someone also made a joke in the interview about not knowing if the company would still be around in a year.
