I applied online. I interviewed at Sensi Media Group
Interview
A couple of brief phone interviews, primarily discussing the company and not a ton of time for questions from either party. Was offered the position, but once I began asking additional questions about pay, they retracted the offer.
Hey, thank you so much for this review.
One thing we’ve learned early is being a great fit for the role and the role being a good fit for you may be different.
Something we do know that has evolved if we believe there may be something uncovering we will pause. Even if we have said we know you can do well...
We want this to be a perfect fit. We won’t move forward unless we know that to be the case.

Easy interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sensi Media Group (Denver, CO) in Sept 2021
Interview
Two 10 minute phone call 'interviews' with a local rep and Ron Kolb on two separate days. Hardly asked anything about my background despite having plenty of experience and felt more like it was a compliance form being read off of a notecard about the pay structure and ensuring I understand that I'm my own boss and is commission only with no benefits.
Judging from the price of a two page ad for a business I was told I have NO idea how one would expect to earn 60-170k a year in this position as the online posting indicated. Was even told I could work a part time job doing this to make ends meet- a company that believes in their sales force would pay them to represent their business and prevent them from being the 40th rep from sensi to call on a business.
Also looking at the names that appear on the inside of the magazine are only the same people that show up on that cheesy orientation video they make you watch. My bet is all repeat business and inside leads go to them and they wait to take any good leads you bring in once you inevitably get burnt out from not getting paid enough.
