I went through two phone interviews with two really friendly men who were excited about my background. I was offered a position on the 2nd interview and then ghosted after that. No follow up or response. Very unprofessional and the whole position and pay structure was nothing to be that excited about to begin with (all commission and zero benefits, with a potential for a "leadership" position - whatever that means) Probably dodged a bullet.
