      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sensient Technologies (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2015

      pretty fast, applied online, got email to schedule phone interview the second day, first on site interview with HR manager and dept director, second interview with more people. Whole process took about 3-4 weeks. This company like other reviewers said is inconsiderate and arrogant, does not respect people, interview schedule at time A, I waited at their reception area for more than 45 mins, no water provided, nothing, interview was 30 mins late, but no apologies, like nothing happened, my time is not time?

      it’s real circus, especially in USA, special preparation by HR to military attitude and personal views of CEO that time (what he likes/accepts or not), US management is far away from reality and European standards, in Europe is better however for top managers are chosen very often the lowest talented, limited but talkative, aggressive people who destroy company step by step

      Interview

      Standard process HR, Phone, Manager, One on One, Panel, followed by drug test. They dont know any of this so dont worry about the process, you can fool them easy. They are desperate to hire as it is always last minute so you will be hired even if you say A-Z backwords
