I got the call through Naukri. There were 3 rounds of interviews.
First One : technical
They will check your concept on core concepts as per your profile. For me it was one hour.
Second Round : Managerial
Mainly work related. Real time scenario.
Third Round : HR
Just formality to know you. Salary discussion and NP.

Prepare well from concepts like OOPS Concept, exception Handling, String, Collections, Threads. Then depending upon your resume JSP, Servlet, Struts, Hibernate, Spring whatever you have mentioned.
