Unprofessional and strange. I initially did a video interview for the Digital Marketing Specialist where you had to record your answers. I didn't get any response and I believe the position was closed. After, I applied to the Web position, I had two separate interviews with two different team members. In this interview I gave them tips on their current website, etc. After the second interview I followed up with them a week later and hadn't heard anything. No response for around 3 weeks. When I did get a response it was a super generic automated email. A day later I received ANOTHER rejection email that was slightly more personal but not sufficient as someone who had interviewed with the company 3 times. Just unprofessional.
