Interview Process:
The process started with an initial HR discussion followed by a call with the hiring manager. After that, I was given a Terraform infrastructure coding task. The technical interviews covered multiple areas: an infrastructure engineering round, a security engineering round, and then a conversation with the Director of Infrastructure and Security.
Toward the end, there was a FIT interview to assess understanding of the company’s product and finally a discussion with the CTO.
Experience:
The whole process was thorough but well-structured. HR and the hiring manager were supportive and helpful at every stage, keeping communication clear and timely. The interviews went beyond just technical skills, they also focused on problem solving approach, security awareness, and alignment with the company’s culture.
Overall:
Challenging yet fair process with professional interviewers. Good perks and an encouraging work environment made it worth the effort.
