The interview was positive, to the point. There were two people interviewing me and they were very synchronized and asked logical questions. A lot of information was presented about he company/business which was useful for making a decision.

Interview
I found the interview process very reasonable and streamlined. The company reached out to me on Linkedin and after a short text conversation, we set up an initial screening where we went over my experience, the role and the company in general. After that, I was sent a challenging take-home task, and the company was very reasonable with deadlines and possible extensions. After sending in the task, a technical interview was set up where we discussed the task and general technical knowledge. I was very pleased with the interview process overall, as it didn't involve anything that isn't directly related to the job.

Reached out to me by email, and they found me on Linkedin. It was a more senior role than I'm currently in. They saw my Linkedin and CV asked back if it was enough for them, and they wrote that yes it was. At the hr interview, they told me it's not enough and they are not going forward with me.
