I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sequoia Equities (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2025
Interview
A phone screening with an HR person, an in person interview the next day, then silence after being told I was progressing to next steps. I interviewed with Noelle over the phone who scheduled an in person interview with Erica Cabellos the next day. The interview went well and she said I was going to advance to next steps but she ghosted me and ignored my calls and follow ups.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sequoia Equities (Concord, CA) in May 2024
Interview
Total of four interviews including the first phone interview with the recruiter, onsite manager, regional manager and a marketing executive. I believe two of those would have been combined had their schedules allowed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They'll ask you to share a little about yourself then proceed with some performance-based, communication and behavioral questions. My interview with the recruiter was more of an introduction and probing session to determine if needs and expectations were aligned. She is terrific and wonderful at her job and made me feel comfortable and excited to learn more. The onsite is more to determine fit (culture, competency) and the regional mgr drilled down and was the toughest interview, but she was also very endearing and you could tell she/the company has high standards and wanted people that would complement the current team and round out their talent base. The marketing executive had great questions more similar to the onsite manager - just making sure they are hiring a solid set of skills with consistent behavioral qualities that will be a value add.
