Ghosting! I sent an application, got a reply from the technical person at Sereact with a task assignemnt. The tasks (2 design tasks in totoal) weren't trivial, and needed a few days to get done. After submitting my work (which needed considerable effort even from someone who already worked several years in the field) within the deadline, there is no resonse from them whatsoever, not the recruiter, not the technical contact person, not the hiring manager, no one! Not even a simple email with the decision! This is simply not acceptable. A short email that is mass-sent is not even on the list!
