This is probably rare but I had 4 interviews just to be told no I did not get the job due to a cultural and personality fit. I originally was told 3 interviews, then randomly it became 4, and almost 5 because they wanted an in person interview after I kept on being told it couldn't happen due to availability. The interviews were pretty casual and borderline unprofessional. Mainly described what the job would be and kept asking if this was something I was interested in. I guess don't ask about turnover rate because I'm sure they didn't want to say they fire people outright often. It was a waste of my time and it was disorganized.

Very smooth process. I received an immediate email notification when I had submitted the application. There was a three stage interview process with the talent acquisition team, the property manager, and then in person with the regional director.
