I recently interviewed with the company and wanted to share my experience for future candidates and the management team. After my interview, I did not receive any feedback, despite being told it would be shared. My attempts to follow up via phone and text went unanswered.
Note: They record the interview with an AI tool that summarizes the interview because the interviewer is very lazy to take notes or remember the outcome of the interview.
From the interview recording, it clearly appears that the interviewer was unprepared and at times uninterested, having difficulty recalling questions and not engaging meaningfully with my responses.
• Provide timely feedback to all candidates, including those not selected.
• Ensure interviewers are well-prepared before interviews.
• Encourage interviewers to show genuine interest in candidates’ backgrounds, rather than conducting interviews as a mere formality just because it is scheduled.
I hope this feedback helps enhance the candidate experience in the future.
